Do you hold a current Pool Lifeguard Skills Award (PLSA) or Pool Lifeguard Practicing Certificate (PLPC)?

Do you hold a valid First Aid Certificate?

13. Skills/Competencies:
Are you able to swim 200 metres continuously in free-style in less than 6 minutes?
